Bhumika Women’s Collective, a non-profit organization working on women’s rights and gender-based violence since 1995, invites applications for the following position:

Post: Counselor

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: PG in Social Work / Women’s Studies / Sociology/Psychology
BA in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology

Experience: Minimum 2 years in an NGO working on women’s issues

Languages: English & Telugu

Age: Below 40 years

Salary : Rs.20,000.00 to Rs.25,000.00 (Basing on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Counselling and emotional support to women survivors of violence
Facilitate police, legal, shelter and other support services
Community and youth awareness activities
Case documentation, follow-up and report preparation
