Position: Outreach Worker (ORW)
Number of Vacancies: 01
Salary: 10,500 per month + 1,500 travel allowance

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach activities among the target population.
Identify and motivate beneficiaries to access HIV testing, treatment and healthcare services.
Maintain beneficiary records and project-related documentation.
Conduct follow-up visits and support linkages with ICTC, ART and other healthcare services.
Perform field visits and other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification as per TI Project guidelines.
Experience in community outreach or an HIV/AIDS-related project will be preferred.
Must be willing to work in the field.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence and vehicle are compulsory.
