Assistant Manager - Accounts

Key Responsibilities
• Handle all day-to-day accounting and complete data entry in Tally
• Prepare and file GST returns on time
• Coordinate with the CA for audits; provide documents and schedules
• Prepare forecasts and budgets for various NGO programmes
• Track programme expenses against budgets and flag variances
• Process vouchers, bank reconciliations and vendor payments
• Lead and guide the Accounts Assistant (team member)
• Maintain accurate records and support MIS reporting
Skills Required
• Working knowledge of Tally and GST filing
• Good Excel skills (budgeting and forecasting)
• Accuracy, discipline and the ability to lead a junior

Employment: Full-time
Experience: 2 years minimum
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Reports to: Manager – Accounts
Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 per month (negotiable, based on experience)
