AIDENT Social Welfare Organisation invites sealed/online proposals from eligible, experienced and financially sound Construction Contractors/Agencies/Firms for the construction of a Two-Floor Residential Tribal Boys Hostel (Ground Floor + First Floor) with a capacity of 100 tribal boys at Vanvasi Ram Ashram Kalyan Parishad, Sendhwa, District Barwani, Madhya Pradesh, under a CSR-supported initiative of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA),
Project Details
- Project: Construction of Two-Floor Tribal Boys Hostel
- Capacity: 100 Tribal Boys
- Location: Sendhwa, District Barwani, Madhya Pradesh
- Building: Ground Floor + First Floor
- Approx. Built-up Area: 10,200 sq.ft.
- Project Site: Vanvasi Ram Ashram Kalyan Parishad, Sendhwa, Barwani,MP.
Scope of Work
The selected contractor shall be responsible for the complete construction, infrastructure development, equipment, furnishing, commissioning and final handover of the Two-Floor Hostel Building.
A. Infrastructure Support
The scope shall include provision and development of the following facilities:
- Dormitory accommodation – 100 students.
- Toilets and bathing facilities with complete sanitary and plumbing systems.
- Multi-purpose room for common activities, meetings and student programmes.
- Dining Hall with adequate seating capacity, dining tables, serving area, ventilation, lighting, electrical and drinking-water provisions.
- Kitchen with suitable cooking, washing, ventilation, drainage, water supply and electrical provisions.
- Store Room for safe storage of food, hostel supplies, equipment and other essential materials.
- Medical Room/First-Aid Room for basic healthcare, first aid and emergency support.
- Warden/Caretaker facilities with required residential and functional provisions.
- Drinking-water infrastructure, including water storage.
- Electrical and lighting systems, including internal wiring, LED lights, fans, distribution boards and required electrical fittings.
- Basic fire and emergency-safety systems, including fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, safety signage and other essential safety provisions as applicable.
- Site development, drainage, pathways and other essential external works.
- Testing, commissioning, defect rectification and final handover of the completed hostel.
B. Hostel Equipment and Furnishing
The contractor shall also provide/execute the required hostel equipment and furnishing, including:
- Beds and mattresses for 100 students.
- Fans and other essential electrical equipment.
- Installation, testing and commissioning of all supplied equipment and fixtures.
The detailed quantities, specifications and rates shall be as per the Technical & Financial BOQ attached with the RFP.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders should:
- Have a minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience.
- Possess valid registration, PAN and GST, as applicable.
- Have experience in similar institutional, hostel or residential building projects.
- Submit at least 2–3 similar work orders/completion certificates.
- Have adequate technical manpower, equipment and financial capacity.
- Submit a valid non-blacklisting/non-debarment declaration.
Proposal Submission
The bidder shall submit:
- Company/Firm profile and registration documents.
- PAN and GST certificate.
- Relevant experience and work orders/completion certificates.
- Technical proposal and construction methodology.
- Detailed activity-wise construction timeline.
- Signed and stamped Financial BOQ.
- Quality and safety plan.
- Other documents specified in the detailed RFP.
