The incumbent would be responsible to ensure seamless execution of Project deliverables in line with Project Proposals across their Project Site. The incumbent would be the one-point contact for assigned Project related information.

Duties and responsibilities

• Establish rapport with prison authorities and beneficiaries (prison inmates)
• Ensure smooth running of the foundation’s activities within prison for the beneficiaries.
• Meet with Prison Authorities on timely basis and keep them updated about the project and build a bridge between them and the beneficiaries. Keep transparency with the foundation about the meetings.
• Supervision of the Activities and weekly twice day prison site visits and maintenance of beneficiary attendance registers.
• Visit barracks and wards to motivate inmates to join the reformation activities.
• Ensure that the project fulfills the proposal needs of meeting targets and activities to be conducted during the project period.
• Contact and follow - up released beneficiaries.
• Conduct meetings in prison with all the beneficiaries along with Trainers for the improvement and betterment of the project.
• Conduct training & motivation sessions on various topics that will cater the need for behavioral change in the beneficiaries.
• Conduct counseling sessions, individual or group with the beneficiaries as per the need.
• Maintenance of the foundation’s centre within prison, the cleanliness and the safe keeping of all the assets and making the project sites and classrooms presentable.
• Maintenance of the documents of assets and of all the activities that are conducted within prison.
• Maintenance and submission of Reports as per requirement. (Monthly Progress Reports, News Letter Content, Case Studies, Success Stories, Beneficiary Data, Consent Forms, All Activity Pictures & Video Collection)
• Work along with the Assistant Manager and Head – Prison Projects for tasks related to Project.
• Supporting the Assistant Manager and Head – Prison Projects to provide distance and onsite monitoring of the area programme work to ensure strategic goals are achieved.
• Ensure relevant information, photographs and write-ups are regularly shared with the Assistant Managers with content and as per prescribed format. Refer to the Guidelines specified by the Assistant Managers.
• Ensure participation in team meetings, training sessions and other important events conducted by the foundation.
• Create and establish linkages with external resource persons / institutes and agencies for various trainings / workshop sessions
• E- Content making monthly two Audio / Vedio prepare.
• Prison Working days sharing.
• Telephonic counseling with released beneficiaries and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree In Social Work (MSW)
- Age between 22 to 35
• Must be proficient in Hindi & English.
• Must have knowledge of MS Office – MS Word, MS Excel. Ability to compose emails in professional manner. Create Project Reports.
• Must have the ability to work across teams to deliver shared goals.
• Must have the ability to manage conflicts within team.
• 0 - 1 Year of experience as Project Coordinator
