MIS COORDINATOR CUM SUPERVISER - Skill Development / Training Projects

Location: Panchkula, Mohali, Ropar, Patiala
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: 16,000 - 24,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible to support the smooth implementation and coordination of skill development and training projects. Candidates with experience in skill development, vocational training, NGO projects, government schemes, or similar projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day activities of training projects and centres.
Coordinate with trainers, candidates, project staff and external stakeholders.
Maintain project records, documentation, attendance and MIS.
Assist in preparing reports, data and project-related documents.
Follow up on training schedules, assessments, mobilization and placements.
Ensure timely completion of project activities and deliverables.
Handle coordination with government departments/project authorities as required.
Support the team in meeting project targets and timelines.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Candidates from skill development, vocational training, NGO, CSR, government scheme or project coordination backgrounds preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word and basic MIS/reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
Candidates based in or around Panchkula/Chandigarh/Mohali will be preferred.
