Job Summary
SUPPORT is looking for two qualified and dedicated Theory Trainers to guide youth preparing for recruitment into the Indian Army, paramilitary forces, police, and other uniformed services. The selected candidates will provide classroom coaching in general knowledge, general science, mathematics, reasoning, English, and other relevant subjects to improve candidates' academic knowledge and performance in recruitment examinations .
Key Responsibility:
• Plan and conduct regular classroom coaching sessions according to the syllabus and recruitment examination patterns.
• Teach General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Science, Mathematics, Reasoning, and English, as applicable.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, notes, practice questions, and mock tests.
• Explain important concepts and examination techniques in a simple and effective manner.
• Conduct regular written tests, quizzes, and mock examinations to assess candidates' progress.
• Guide candidates on examination patterns, question-solving techniques, time management, and preparation strategies.
• Keep candidates updated on relevant recruitment notifications, eligibility criteria, examination procedures, and selection stages.
• Identify candidates' learning gaps and provide additional academic support where required.
• Maintain attendance registers, test results, student progress records, and training reports.
• Motivate candidates to develop discipline, confidence, consistency, and a positive attitude toward recruitment examinations.
• Coordinate with the Fitness Trainer to ensure integrated preparation for written examinations and physical recruitment tests.
• Submit regular progress reports to the Program Manager and perform other duties assigned by the organization.
Essential Qualification
• Minimum graduation from a recognized university; relevant subject qualifications will be preferred.
• Good command of General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning, General Science, and English.
• Knowledge of Indian Army, paramilitary, and police recruitment examination patterns.
• Previous teaching or competitive examination coaching experience will be an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to prepare teaching materials and reports.

Required Skills

• Strong teaching, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
• Good knowledge of competitive examination preparation techniques.
• Ability to motivate and guide rural youth.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Experience: minimum 1 year.

Salary: -(10000 - 12,500)/- pm
