We are looking for committed, qualified, and motivated professionals to join our team and contribute to community-based interventions in early childhood care, education, health, and nutrition.
1. Cluster Coordinator
No. of Positions: 1
Qualifications and Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community-based interventions, preferably in health, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), or nutrition.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
• Proficiency in the local language.
• Preference will be given to candidates from the same block or district.
2. Creche Supervisor
No. of Positions: 1
Qualifications and Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in community-based interventions.
• Must be from the same geographical area, preferably the village, block, or district where the programme is implemented.
3. Logistics Coordinator
No. of Positions: 1
Qualifications and Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in logistics management, vendor coordination, or office administration.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Preference will be given to candidates from the same block or district.
4. MIS Coordinator
No. of Positions: 1
Qualifications and Experience:
• Graduate, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or Engineering.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Working knowledge of software applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of data management, analysis, and reporting.
5. Accountant
No. of Positions: 1
• Qualification: B.Com. or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience: Approximately 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with an NGO.
• Skills: Knowledge of accounting software, MS Excel, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of TDS, GST, and audit procedures will be an added advantage.
