The Foundation for Medical Research (FMR), a Public Trust and a well-recognized national research organization (SIRO), conducts basic biomedical, translational, and public health research in the areas of infectious disease (especially tuberculosis), environmental health, and community health.
The Foundation is looking for a sharp, motivated data researcher to join the Nutri-TB Project, a biosocial nutrition intervention study in the tribal blocks of Palghar district, Maharashtra.
The question we’re asking: How do nutritional interventions impact outcomes for people fighting TB, during treatment and beyond? We’re finding out through clinical, anthropometric, dietary, and biomarker data collected on the ground, alongside community outreach that builds lasting nutrition in the communities we serve.
The role: This position is the backbone of the study’s data. It involves administering REDCap, building and maintaining the project, and managing a large, rich dataset from >400 participants followed-up for 18 months that will shape the evidence on TB and nutrition.
Beyond the project: This is a project-based position, but it is also a path to more. Candidates who prove themselves will have the opportunity to move into a long-term role, leading data across the Foundation’s projects.
If you want your data skills to count for something real, this is your chance.
