Consultant – CMSD (Business Development & Project Management)

CMSD is looking for a Consultant to support business development, project delivery and engagement with ministry-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with ministries, government departments, national and international agencies, and institutional partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and consulting assignments.
• Track tenders, EOIs and RFPs, and coordinate bidding and submissions.
• Prepare technical proposals, bid documents and presentations.
• Represent the Company in stakeholder meetings, consultations and proposal presentations.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Support team development and strengthen internal capabilities.

Desired Profile:

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, business development or project management.
• Experience in proposal writing, bidding and government assignments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
