MANAGER — 4 Posts

Location: Raigarh · Mahasamund · Raipur · Kanker
Salary: 25,000 per month + TA/DA (as per policy)

Key Responsibilities

1. *Coordinating with field teams and paralegals* – Work closely with field staff and paralegals in the assigned district, plan their weekly activities, guide them, and ensure the work runs smoothly and on time.

2. *Supporting volunteers* – Identify, guide and motivate community volunteers, help build their skills, and support them in reaching people who need legal help.

3. *Identifying cases and claims in villages* – Regularly visit villages to understand people's problems, and identify legal cases and claims related to land, forest rights, government schemes, entitlements and other issues. Ensure each case is properly documented and followed up.

4. *Organising legal awareness and aid camps* – Plan and conduct legal awareness and legal aid camps in villages, coordinate with lawyers, local bodies and government departments, and ensure community participation.

5. *Planning events and trainings* – Plan and organise trainings, workshops and meetings for paralegals, volunteers and community members, and manage logistics so every programme runs well.

6. *Reporting and data management* – Maintain accurate records of cases, camps and activities, prepare monthly and periodic reports, and keep data updated and well organised.

7. *Liaising with stakeholders* – Build good working relationships with government officials, panchayats, legal services authorities and partner organisations to support the programme's goals.

Required Qualifications

MSW or any degree related to social work
Graduates in any discipline are also welcome to apply
At least 1 year of experience in an NGO
Language: Hindi / English
Regular field travel will be required
