Job Purpose
To manage the overall operations of the DDU-GKY training centre and ensure effective implementation of approved project targets, candidate mobilization, enrollment, training delivery, assessment, certification, placement, candidate welfare, compliance, and post-placement tracking in accordance with applicable DDU-GKY guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be assessed against approved project targets and applicable scheme requirements, including:
1. Mobilization and enrollment achievement.
2. Batch commencement and training completion within planned timelines.
3. Candidate attendance and dropout management.
4. Assessment and certification completion.
5. Placement achievement and verified employment outcomes.
6. Candidate retention and post-placement tracking.
7. Timely and accurate MIS/ERP reporting.
8. Compliance with applicable DDU-GKY SOPs and inspection requirements.
9. Candidate welfare, grievance resolution, and centre readiness.
10. Team productivity, resource utilization, and budget control.
Note: Actual targets, eligibility requirements, staffing arrangements, and reporting responsibilities shall be determined by the sanctioned project, applicable DDU-GKY guidelines, and the employer's policies.
