Civilian Welfare Foundation (CWF) is a non-profit organisation working in the intersection of child education, gender, disability and rural healthcare for the last 15 years.

Position: Psychologist and Project Co-ordinator
Location: Bolpur and Kolkata, West Bengal (on-site)
Employment: Full-time
Salary: 2,40,000 per year
Eligibility: Master's in Psychology

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate inclusive community programmes across West Bengal.
- Work with women with intellectual disabilities, tribal populations, and transgender communities.
- Conduct field surveys, counselling sessions, and community outreach.
- Support research, data collection, project monitoring, and reporting.
- Organise training, workshops, and awareness activities.
- Coordinate with participants, families, and partner organisations.
