1. Job Purpose
To manage front-office operations, candidate registration, counselling, documentation, mobilization support and coordination with the training and placement teams under the DDU-GKY scheme. The position is responsible for guiding rural youth regarding skill development courses, eligibility, training facilities, employment opportunities and career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance may be evaluated based on:
1. Accuracy and completeness of candidate records.
2. Timely completion of registration and counselling documentation.
3. Quality of candidate and parent counselling.
4. Timely follow-up with prospective and enrolled candidates.
5. Accuracy of MIS updates and reports.
6. Coordination with mobilization, training and placement teams.
7. Professional handling of enquiries, grievances and visitors.
8. Contribution to candidate engagement and training retention.
