About the Organisation

Deep Vidhya Mandir Samiti is a registered non-profit organisation working for the welfare of underprivileged and vulnerable people. Our project, Sabka Ghar Ashram, in Dausa, Rajasthan, provides shelter, daily care, food, and dignity to residents who need support. We are building a compassionate, reliable team to run the ashram and expand our outreach.

Open Positions (6 vacancies)

1. Social Media Manager (1)
• Manage the NGO’s Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp presence
• Create and schedule posts, photos, short videos, and impact stories
• Support fundraising and awareness campaigns
• Track engagement and report monthly
• Requirements: Graduate preferred; [1+ year] experience; skills in Canva/basic video editing; good Hindi and English writing

2. Tele Caller (1)
• Make outbound calls to donors, volunteers, and supporters
• Handle incoming inquiries and maintain call records
• Follow up on donation and volunteer leads
• Requirements: 12th pass or graduate; clear Hindi communication; basic computer and phone skills

3. Care Giver (2: 1 Male, 1 Female)
• Look after the daily needs of residents, including hygiene, meals, medication reminders, and mobility support
• Provide emotional support and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Report health or welfare concerns to management
• Requirements: 10th/12th pass; prior caregiving experience preferred; patient, kind, and responsible nature; willingness to stay on campus.

4. Cook (1)
• Prepare hygienic, nutritious vegetarian meals for residents and staff
• Manage kitchen stock, cleanliness, and food safety
• Requirements: [2+ years] cooking experience for large groups; knowledge of basic nutrition and hygiene

5. Guard cum Driver (1)
• Ensure security of the ashram premises
• Drive the ashram vehicle for errands, medical visits, and pickups
• Requirements: Valid driving licence; clean driving record; [2+ years] experience; honest and alert

Compensation:
Salary as per experience.
