We Are Hiring - Fundraising Manager (Retail & Institutional Partnerships)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with CSR companies, foundations, HNIs & donors
- Drive fundraising and crowdfunding campaigns
- Develop proposals and deliver persuasive pitches
- Handle donor reporting, compliance and documentation
- Collaborate with Program and Finance teams
- Maintain and grow the donor pipeline
- Lead and manage a team of ~ 10 members

Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience in CSR fundraising/partnerships
- Excellent communication, writing & negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the Indian CSR landscape
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Social Work or related fields
- Project management & attention to detail

Salary: Based on experience & qualifications
