Current Openings
I. District Coordinators: for Angul, Dhenkanal, Kandhamal, Gajapati, Sambalpur, Puri, Mayurbjanj, Keonjhar,
Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in any discipline preferably but not restricted to Social Sciences.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years prior experience in community engagement or development
• Skills: Strong training skills/experience, awareness of local district challenges, community mobilization abilities, and good communication skills is preferred.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, as well as Odia
• Age Requirement: Under 40 years as of the application deadline.
Remuneration Details:
• Total: INR 25,000 per month.
o INR 20,000 as monthly remuneration.
o INR 2000 as monthly Laptop Allowance.
o INR 500 as mobile recharge
o TDS of INR 2,500, claimable as per rules.
o Separate Travel Allowance as per rules
