A maximum number of 2 persons from each of the prospective Bidders shall be allowed to participate in the virtual pre-bid meeting. Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted as separate attachments and be submitted in a single email.
Financial Proposal MUST BE PASSWORD PROTECTED. Please do not include any price information/password to access the Technical Proposal.
