About the Position
ISRD invites applications from qualified and committed Legal Experts for its Human Trafficking and Bonded Labour Project. The Legal Expert will provide legal support, case follow-up, coordination with law enforcement and government departments, and assist in ensuring justice and rehabilitation for survivors.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal assistance and advice in cases related to human trafficking and bonded labour
• Support filing and follow-up of cases under relevant laws
• Coordinate with police, legal services authorities, and courts
• Conduct legal awareness sessions for communities and stakeholders
• Assist the project team in documentation, reporting, and advocacy

Qualification & Experience
• LLM / LLB with specialization in Criminal Law, Labour Laws, POCSO Act, JJ Act, and related legislations
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in handling cases related to vulnerable groups will be an added advantage.
