The initial contract term of Master Service Agreement (MSA) will be one (1) year, with the option to renew annually based on satisfactory performance, for a maximum total contract duration of three (3) years.

2. Purpose of the RFP
FHI 360 India invites proposals from qualified and experienced Travel Management Companies (TMCs) for the provision of:
- Domestic and international air ticketing, railway ticket booking
- Hotel reservations and related payments
- Ground transportation and taxi services
- Other travel support and coordination services (e.g. visa, insurance, foreign currency conversion if needed).
Selected vendor will enter into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with FHI 360 on a service-fee basis.
