1. Centre Manager – 1 Position

Centre for Advanced Research & Development (CARD) invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for its Skill Development Training Centre at Ghughri, District Mandla, Madhya Pradesh.

Position: Centre Manager

Number of Vacancies: 01

Monthly Remuneration: Rs 30,000–Rs 35,000

Job Location: Ghughri, Mandla (M.P.)

Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Work (MSW), Rural Development or another relevant discipline.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in skill development projects, preferably under DDU-GKY.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall training centre operations and ensure smooth project implementation.
• Supervise training, mobilization, placement, MIS and administrative teams.
• Ensure achievement of training, certification and placement targets.
• Maintain training infrastructure, facilities and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines, SOPs and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with CARD management, government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and facilitate inspections and reviews.

Desired Skills: Strong leadership, project management, team coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
