Graphic Designer – Communication & Outreach

PCVC is seeking a Graphic Designer with strong visual communication skills to design clear, sensitive and impactful creatives for its communication and outreach work. The role involves creating visual assets for campaigns, programmes and advocacy initiatives across digital, social, print and basic video formats.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Media/Communication or related field. Candidates with design diplomas and a strong portfolio will also be considered, with 2–4 years of professional design experience.

Mandatory Requirements
• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro (mandatory).
• Experience in designing for digital, social media, print and video formats.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to quickly convert briefs and guidance into effective visual designs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
• Proficient in both Tamil and English.
• Comfortable working on communication related to gender-based violence, women’s rights and queer communities.
