Position: Program Team Member

About the Role
The Program Team Member will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of various projects run by the organization. The role involves field coordination, stakeholder management, documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of program activities across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
Program Implementation
• Assist in executing project activities as per the program plan.
• Coordinate with schools, communities, government departments, and partner organizations.
• Ensure beneficiaries are mobilized and activities are conducted smoothly on-ground.

Field Coordination
• Conduct field visits to monitor program progress.
• Maintain regular communication with field volunteers, community workers, and local stakeholders.
• Identify challenges on-ground and propose practical solutions.

Data & Reporting
• Collect, verify, and maintain program-related data and reports.
• Support in preparing monthly progress reports, case stories, and documentation for donors/partners.
• Ensure timely submission of all field updates and activity reports.

Logistics & Planning
• Assist in arranging materials, resources, and logistics required for program activities.
• Ensure timely coordination of events such as health camps, training sessions, awareness drives, etc.

Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain positive relationships with schools, community leaders, local authorities, and partner NGOs.
• Support in conducting trainings, orientations, and meetings with stakeholders.

Monitoring & Evaluation
• Track beneficiary participation and program outcomes.
• Share feedback and field insights to strengthen program quality.

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Education, Public Health, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in development sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and community engagement.
• Basic data management skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Ability to multitask, meet timelines, and work in a team.
• Passion for social impact and community development.

• Ability to travel frequently for field activities.
• Sensitivity towards gender, caste, and community issues.
