Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the Skill Development Centre focused on empowering working
women in Gujarat through structured training programs, government collaboration,
and institutional partnerships. The role requires strategic planning, operational
leadership, and vision-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall centre operations including planning, execution, and
monitoring of skill development programs.
• Develop strategy and vision aligned with women empowerment
objectives.
• Build and maintain strong Government tie-ups (State & Central skill
missions).
• Establish Institutional tie-ups with NGOs, industries, CSR partners,
and training bodies.
• Ensure compliance with government guidelines and reporting
requirements.
• Manage trainers, admin staff, and support teams effectively.
• Monitor student enrolment, retention, placement, and impact
outcomes.
• Conduct review meetings and ensure target achievement.
• Represent the centre in official meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Drive community outreach and mobilization initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work / Management / Development
Studies / Education / Business Administration
Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Skill Development / Social
Development sector
• Experience working on women empowerment projects preferred
• Experience handling government-funded programs desirable
