Presently CINI reaches to 10 million marginalized rural and urban populations in West Bengal, Jharkhand, Assam, Odisha and other Indian states/Union territories. CINI has been implementing community-based health nutrition and education programmes with the objective to prevent malnutrition and ill health among women, children and adolescents and address the school dropout issues through Inclusive learning centre approach in four states of India. In implementing the programmes, CINI adopts a life cycle approach in working with the target groups in ensuring their health and wellbeing through promoting community ownership and system strengthening. All the programmes are implemented in close coordination with the respective Government Departments right from the grassroots up to the State and National Levels. Efforts are being made to increase access to existing schemes and entitlements that would lead to better health and nutrition outcomes for the communities most in need.
In order to implement such community-based education programme in Odisha state, the following positions are required on an urgent basis.

Position: Block Coordinator (2Nos.)
Educational Qualification: Masters in Social Work/Rural Development or in any relevant subjects
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years
Location: Kashipur Block, Rayagada & Boipariguda Block, Koraput, Odisha
CTC: Rs.35000/- PM
Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Odia (must)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Programme implementation: Manage all aspects of block level program including implementation, documentation, reporting, monitoring & evaluation, data management and data analysis.
- Identification of Community level Safe space for Setting up and maintenance of bridge learning centre (BLC)
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, Panchayats (local self-government bodies), frontline workers, and community representatives.
- Sensitization and advocacy meetings with government for permission and implementation support
- Resolve stakeholders concern and conflicts that may arise during program implementation.
- Capacity Building of Team: Identify specific capacity building needs within the team, such as reporting, data management, program monitoring, or other areas based on their requirements.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Data Management: maintain effective data management processes, interpretation from application and putting it in a presentable form
- Compile and analyse field data, make presentation and ensure required monthly reporting
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in relevant programmatic areas and share relevant knowledge and resources within the team.
- Provide supportive supervision to the Supervisors for Community Based Intervention and monitoring
