About the Organisation:
Manchi Pustakam is a 22-year old book publishing trust. They specialize in publishing books in Telugu for children. Their objective is to promote reading and readers – with a special focus on developing children’s reading proficiency in Telugu.

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant for our publishing house. The candidate will primarily handle inventory management, digital billing and accounting, and book dispatch operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in computer usage.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle billing/ invoicing, stock inventory and basic accounting tasks using billing software
Manage Website Shopping Cart & Listing of Books
Dispatch of books to customers and distributors, involving trips to Post Office and Transport Offices
Maintain dispatch records and documentation
Assist in general office administration work
Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices and records

Required Skills:
Ability to read and write Telugu, English
Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, spreadsheets, internet skills)
Proficiency in data entry
Familiarity with digital billing or accounting software (preferred)
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Two-wheeler driving, preferably having own two wheeler
Attention to detail and accuracy
Inclination to learn

Qualifications:
Minimum: Graduation

Probation Period: 3 months

Compensation: ?20,000 per month
