Job Summary
YRGCARE is a sub recipient to the primary recipient HLFPPT funded by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM), for the care and support programme will be known as Care and Support Centre 2.0. (CSC 2.0) for People Living with HIV across India.
Summary of Key Functions: Support M&E plans for SRs and SSRs, ensuring timely data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate report submissions, implement online SOCH/ CMIS, and facilitate training programs, including cascade trainings.
Key Responsibility:
- Support M&E plans for Sub-Recipients (SR) and Sub-Sub Recipients (SSR).
- Collect, analyze, and review SSR data for timely feedback and quality assurance.
- Liaise with State AIDS Control Societies (SACS), DAPCU, and development partners for coordination and data sharing.
- Ensure timely submission of Monthly and Quarterly reports to the Primary Recipient (PR).
- Support developing monitoring tools for SR and state-level partners.
- Maintain accurate records on MIS data and program indicators, carry out periodic data analysis, and submit findings to address gaps in program planning.
- Implement online Community Management Information System (CMIS) at SSR level.
- Support SSR in establishing systems for donor compliance.
- Conduct periodic field visits at SSR level to support accurate data reporting, validate reported data, and build the capacity of CSC staff in data capturing and reporting.
- Train community staff on data collection tools and methodologies, providing supportive supervision.
- Develop capacity-building plans for CSC 2.0 staff and Community Champions.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate trainings using assessment/feedback tools.
- Coordinate with team members to facilitate and organize training programs.
- Utilize the resource pool in cascade trainings.
- Maintain training documentation and share it with the Programme Manager.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting Manager.
Eligibility of Profile:
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Population Studies (Demography), public health or development field (or equivalent).
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant monitoring and evaluation experience in the development sector.
- Experience in the public health sector especially HIV/AIDS/ Tuberculosis will be an added advantage for selection besides qualification.
- The criteria for selection will be relaxed for members from PLHIV or key population group with relevant experience and calibre and final decision lies with the interview panel.
Requirements
Competencies & Skills:
- Experience of providing capacity building of, organisations, especially those working at the community or grassroots level.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling/ analysis.
- Working experience on analytical software packages (SPSS/ STATA/POWER BI).
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of project management.
- Excellent analytical, writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently.
- Ability and willingness to undertake extensive travel; primarily within the northern region states.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
