Cluster Coordinator: - 3 Post – ( VVP)
Eligibility: Masters in Arts, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology and Equivalent Education, Knowledge of SRHR, Medico Social Field. Computer Technology savvy.
Experience: minimum 1 year and fresher can also apply
Salary: - 18,000/-
Role:
• Function as the technical and administrative head of the project and ensure smooth functioning of the project, clinic (Including satellite clinic and outreach services) according to the strategic plan of the association.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Help Project Coordinator to identify Link Workers and demarcation of their areas
2) Build capacity of Link Workers on filling survey forms
3) Carry out Mapping Survey of Community allotted to you with the help of Link Workers within stipulated time.
4) Prepare community resource Directory
5) Identify spot for implementing Mobile Clinic Van activities with the help of influential people in the community.
6) Identify sites for wall paintings, putting FPAI’s hoardings in your operational areas.
7) Develop linkages with various CBDs, SHGs, PMPs to get help to the Project
8) Tie up linkages with various NGOs, CBDs, who are providing services which are not provided by FPA India, Pune
9) Support LWs in community mobilization and demand generation and providing areas to health services
10) Any other duty assigned by Branch Manager and Project Coordinator
