Jan Vikas Sansthan (JVS), a grassroots organization committed to empowering marginalized communities especially women and Adolescents through education, health, and livelihood initiatives, is looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our team.
?? About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support program implementation through strong financial management systems.
?? Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Support audits and manage payroll processes
• Track and report project-wise finances
• Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements
• Travel monthly to project locations (Ambedkar Nagar & Azamgarh)
?? Eligibility Criteria:
? bachelor's degree in commerce/finance/accounting or related field
? 4–5 years of relevant experience (NGO sector preferred)
? Proficiency in Tally & advanced MS Excel
? Strong analytical and organizational skills
? Ability to work independently
?? Additional Requirement: Driving license & two-wheeler
?? Salary: ?22,000/month
