Qualification: Graduate preferably in B.A in Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Sciences or LLB from a recognized university.
Experience: at least 2 years of working with Govt./ NGO/ Legal Matters preferably in the field of Women & Child Rights. Good understanding of Women & Child right & protection issues. Weightage for work experience candidate Proficiency in Computers
Skills: Strong counselling skills to assess the needs of children and develop individualized care plans. Knowledge of child protection laws and procedures, including the Juvenile Justice Act. Empathy and patience in dealing with vulnerable children. Ability to maintain case records and prepare detailed reports. Effective coordination with CWCs, law enforcement, and other stakeholders for case resolution. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Basic computer literacy for case documentation and reporting.
