About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agriculture Specialist to join our NGO team. The ideal candidate will have substantial field experience in the agriculture and development sector, working directly with farmers and rural communities. This is a non-marketing role focused on on-ground implementation, capacity building, and sustainable agricultural development.

Eligibility Criteria

M.Sc. in Agriculture from an ICAR-recognized university
5–7 years of relevant experience in the NGO/development sector
Strong understanding of sustainable and climate-resilient agriculture practices

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage agriculture-based development projects
Work closely with farmers and rural communities to improve productivity and livelihoods
Provide technical guidance on modern and sustainable farming practices
Conduct field visits, training sessions, and capacity-building initiatives
Monitor project progress and prepare reports

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Willingness to work extensively in rural and field environments
Problem-solving and project management skills
