About Navjyoti India Foundation
Navjyoti India Foundation is a not-for-profit organization established in 1988 by 16 serving Delhi Police officers under the leadership of Dr. Kiran Bedi, the first woman IPS officer of India. The Foundation works with the mission of crime prevention through welfare policing and has been serving communities for over 36 years.
Our work focuses on bringing sustainable, qualitative change in the lives of under-served communities in the urban slums of Northwest Delhi and rural/peri-urban areas of District Gurugram, Haryana. Our programs cover Child Education, Women Empowerment, Youth Skill Development, Community Development, and Environment initiatives.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and field-oriented BSW graduate to support the implementation of our health project at the community level. The candidate will work closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Eligibility Criteria:
- BSW (Bachelor of Social Work)
- Mandatory own two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively in the field

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct community visits and mobilization activities
- Coordinate with beneficiaries and local stakeholders
- Support implementation of health awareness programs
- Maintain documentation, reports, and field records
- Assist in organizing health camps and outreach activities
- Provide regular updates to the project team

Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently in field settings
- Basic knowledge of community health programs (preferred)
