Position: Field Supervisor-WADI project
Location: Sorada, Ganjam
Remuneration: Rs 15000-Rs 18000 per month
Education Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in working in rural development or allied field. Fresher with good knowledge on agriculture may also apply.
Job Role:
• Supervise the implementation of WADI components at the field level (horticulture plantation, fencing, soil and water conservation, etc.).
• Ensure timely and proper plantation of fruit and forestry species by the beneficiaries.
• Verify pit digging, planting, survival rate, and post-plantation maintenance.
• Regularly visit WADI plots and interact with beneficiary farmers to guide and motivate them.
• Maintain field-level registers (plantation register, input distribution, attendance, training logs) etc.
