Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Facilitator to work with rural children and adolescents, focusing on developing 21st-century life skills and integrating technology into education. The role involves conducting technology-enabled learning activities, supporting teachers and students, and promoting effective use of educational technology in government schools and community centers. The Facilitator will also support life skills development and manage school/library activities.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate technology-integrated learning activities in schools and Madarsas
Conduct training sessions for teachers and students on educational technology and life skills
Provide technical and academic support to teachers and students
Promote the use of technology and life skills education in schools and communities
Collaborate with teachers to design technology-integrated lesson plans
Organize and manage classroom and library activities
Monitor and evaluate learning outcomes
Prepare and submit program progress reports

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Life Skills, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, training, or education technology
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking
Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in rural areas and travel extensively
Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English
Sensitivity towards gender, minority, and women-related issues
