Job Description
If you enjoy working with young children and are interested in the cognitive and creative aspects of a gradeless setting, we invite you to join us. Key responsibilities include:
1. Teach all primary subjects to a group of 25–30 children, which involves prior planning, developing teaching-learning materials aligned with curricular principles, and regularly tracking and documenting children’s progress.
2. Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians.
3. Willingly take on additional responsibilities as they come.

Essential Qualifications
1. Graduate or Master’s degree in any discipline, along with a professional qualification (D.El.Ed/B.El.Ed/B.Ed/BSTC) from a recognized university.
2. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience is preferred; however, we also welcome enthusiastic freshers eager to begin their journey as teachers.
3. Proficiency in teaching in both English and Hindi languages is essential.
