Job Title: Program community Coordinator & Account Executive
Location: Delhi (South Delhi) & Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh)

Role Overview
CFCA is looking for motivated and committed professionals to support its community development and sponsorship programs. The role involves a combination of program coordination, communication, documentation, and financial support functions.
The selected candidate will work closely with community members, sponsored children and families, donors, and organizational teams to ensure effective implementation of programs, proper documentation, financial accountability, and meaningful communication of program impact.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Community Engagement
• Supervise and monitor community-based sponsorship programs and activities.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and strengthen community engagement.
• Coordinate with banks, government offices, and other institutions when required.
• Support families and communities in initiating and sustaining livelihood activities.
• Organize educational, recreational, and skill development activities for children and youth.
• Facilitate training sessions and capacity-building workshops for community members.
Communication, Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare reports, proposals, case studies, presentations, and program evaluations.
• Maintain accurate program records and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle correspondence with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Capture impact stories, community case studies, and program achievements.
• Develop newsletters, website content, social media posts, and PR materials.
• Ensure all reports and communication outputs are submitted within deadlines.
Accounts & Administrative Support
• Maintain daily books of accounts and financial records.
• Assist in monitoring project expenditures and budgeting processes.
• Support verification and disbursement of grants to beneficiaries.
• Assist in staff salary calculations and leave records.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations including PF, TDS, and related documentation.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and financial documents.
• Verify bills and utilization reports received from field areas.
Qualifications & Desired Expertise
• Postgraduate Degree: MSW, M.Com or equivalent
• Graduate Degree: B.Com or equivalent
Experience
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong skills and relevant internships may also apply.
Skills
• Strong writing and communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Tally or accounting systems is desirable
• Understanding of NGO program implementation and documentation
• Experience in social media or digital communication is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel to field locations when required
