PACE is a community-based organisation working in JJ Colony, Wazirpur, Delhi inviting applications for the position of Community Resource Person (Full-Time).

To connect community members with government services so that they can access social security schemes. This includes support for pensions, ration cards, health and education services, opening bank accounts, Aadhaar enrolment and updates, caste and income certificates, and other essential documents. The role also involves ensuring that these services and documents are delivered within the stipulated timelines.

?? Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
• Around 2 years of experience in facilitating and filling online applications for social security schemes
• Good understanding of government schemes, especially for marginalised and vulnerable communities
• Ability to work closely with community members and support them in accessing entitlements
• Proficiency in computers and familiarity with online portals – Non-negotiable

?? Job Profile:
• Strong skills in computer and online processes
• Assist community members in filling and submitting online applications for government schemes
• Maintain proper documentation and individual case records
• Visit and coordinate with government offices (Aadhaar Centres, WCD, SDM, DM offices) for follow-up
• Facilitate coordination between community members and government departments
