Field Collection: Visit customers/Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) to collect installments as per scheduled slots.
Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date documentation of repayments, defaults, and customer communications in the system.
Delinquency Management: Identify, track, and contact delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans and prevent further negligence.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on recovery performance and outstanding portfolio status for management.
Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients to ensure a positive, ethical, and effective collection experience.
