We are currently expanding our field operations in Prayagraj and Mirzapur and are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team.

Position 1: Project Coordinator
No. of Vacancies: 1
Remuneration: ?35,000 to ?45,000 per month (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Role Overview:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of field-level projects focused on education and health. The role requires extensive travel within Prayagraj and Mirzapur to ensure smooth implementation of project activities, community mobilization, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and implement day-to-day project activities in the assigned districts (Prayagraj & Mirzapur).
* Facilitate community mobilization, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder meetings.
* Support the enrollment and retention of children in educational programs and ensure access to health services.
* Conduct regular field visits, monitor project progress, and document ground-level challenges.
* Assist in data collection, MIS entry, and preparing periodic progress reports for the Project Manager and donors.
* Liaise with local government bodies, schools, ANMs, and community leaders to ensure project deliverables are met.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:
* Post Graduate Degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Public Health, Education, or a related field.
* 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the development sector, preferably in education, health, or gender-based projects.
* Strong understanding of grassroots community dynamics in Uttar Pradesh.
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English (report writing).
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to travel extensively across rural and urban areas of Prayagraj and Mirzapur.

Position 2: Project Manager
No. of Vacancies: 1
Remuneration: ?45,000 to ?60,000 per month (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Role Overview:
The Project Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to the projects. This role involves managing CSR-funded projects, overseeing the project team, ensuring timely deliverables, and maintaining high-quality reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of multi-sectoral projects (Education, Health, Youth & Gender) across Prayagraj and Mirzapur.
* Manage CSR partnerships, ensure compliance with CSR guidelines, and deliver high-quality donor reports.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Project Coordinator and field staff.
* Develop project work plans, budgets, and tracking mechanisms to ensure projects remain on scope and timeline.
* Represent the organization in meetings with government officials, CSR partners, and other key stakeholders.
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

* Post Graduate Degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Public Health, or MBA in Development Management.
* 4 to 7 years of strong experience in project management within the NGO/Development sector, with a proven track record of handling CSR projects.
* In-depth knowledge of the social sector landscape, particularly in Education, Health, and Gender issues in UP.
* Exceptional report writing, proposal development, and documentation skills.
* Strong leadership qualities, team management skills, and strategic thinking.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate donors and government departments.
