Project: GFATM GC7 HIV

Work Location: Dharwad (willing to travel other districts as & when required)

Reporting To: Senior Manager

Qualification & Experience: B.Com or equivalent qualification with a minimum of three years of experience in finance and accounts from the community (PLHIV/KP); proficiency in Tally and MS Office; ability to work in strict timelines; and proficiency in English and local language.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Day-to-day accounting work and financial management (including payment processing) of the respective SR and SSR in accordance with GFATM, as well as organizational-level financial and administrative policies and procedures
2) Maintenance of books of accounts and related documentation on an ongoing basis
3) Ensure all statutory, donor, and organizational compliances are adhered to regarding sound financial management
4) Timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial reports
5) Preparation and maintenance of staff HR files
6) Managing all procurements as per organizational and donor policies
7) Maintaining stock and asset registers and updating timely
8) Ensure effective and optimum utilization of the funds and budgets (value for money)
9) Any other work assigned by the team

CTC: Rs. 45,000/- pm
