ATMA Foundation works for Mobilization of people in need on different issues in Bihar State. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Tele-Counselors at Patna, Bihar. Preference given to female candidate .

The successful candidate will have responsibility of following .
* Tele-counselling for mobilizing community on different issues.
* Attend call of queries from community
* Collect demographic information from targeted community and compile them
* Prepare analytical report of tele-counselling
* Manage Social Media Accounts like whatsapp Group and Channel
* IVR call and Bulk Whatsapp Message

Qualifications :- Graduate will soft skill of communication , Skill of managing Cloud Call system on Desktop / Mobile Phone . Basic Knowledge of Socio-political scenario of Bihar .

Special Skill / Competency required :-
o Soft Spoken , Dynamic and Energetic
o Proficiency in Hindi and regional language of Bihar - Magahi, Maithali & Bhojpuri ( spoken)
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
o Willingness for sitting Job

The position offers a monthly Remuneration of 15,000-20,000 as per month as per experience .
