Job Description:
Internal & External Stakeholders Management –
1. Co-ordination with internal stakeholders across all locations – any support, updates, best practice sharing
2. Relationship & Coordination with CCI trustees & Staff, local govt. relations along with other stakeholders -CWC, DCPO, Police, Lawyers, Social workers and local NGOs etc.
3. Organizing different capacity building and sensitization training for CCI trustees, CC staff, and respective govt. officials

Assisting in Knowledge development –
1. Prepare & share content for organization's Newsletter, website and social media
2. Provide case-study, write-ups & supporting materials - photos/videos
3. Assist in developing success stories
Achieving excellence in project management competencies –
1. Outline key improvement area & development plan.
2. Attend training & workshop planned by operation team– excel and etc.
3. Develop cross learning opportunities

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualifications: The profile needs a candidate to be self-motivated, empathetic, and
passionate towards the cause since the role focuses on working with CNCP children and carries the entire responsibility of all allied CCIs in a cluster. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to satisfactorily deliver on each of the essentials
listed above.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Social Work
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the Social Sector, preferably in the Child Protection
Essentials: Fluency in English and Hindi, Konkani- oral and written, Digital proficiency – MS
Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Salary: Based on the work experience & qualification
Location base: Goa
