SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
As Soft Skill Trainer, you’ll play a role in enhancing employee skills, boosting overall productivity within our organization. The candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy and align work with organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Planning and execution of the Soft Skill Training.
• Collecting and verifying MIS data from employers and submitting reports.
• Facilitate the placement of trained youth.
• To ensure gender and diversity analysis is applied across all levels of program planning and delivery.
• Ensuring successful achievement of project target.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of soft skills development and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop their soft skills.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Previous experience in an educational or training institution is preferred.

Preferred Experience:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant training role.
