As a Finance cum Admin Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and administrative coordination within the organization, supporting both internal teams and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Create and process invoices, payment requests, and vendor bills in a timely manner.
Maintain financial data and documentation using platforms such as Zoho or similar digital accounting/CRM systems.
Handle bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally and support reconciliation of financial records.
Assist in preparing financial reports, expense statements, and documentation required for audits or internal reviews.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents and supporting records.
Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and service providers as per organizational requirements.
Manage vendor documentation, quotations, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with procurement and vendor engagement processes.
Administrative Operations
Support end-to-end administrative functions, including office coordination, asset management, logistics, and documentation.
Maintain records related to inventory, assets, and operational requirements of the organization.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative support across projects.
Project & Field Support
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of assets issued under various projects.
Recruitment & HR Support
Publish job descriptions for various roles on relevant job platforms and networks.
Coordinate with the HR/management team for further stages of the hiring process.
Managed and maintained employee attendance records and leave data to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely salary disbursement.
Coordinated payroll activities including salary calculations, verification of supporting documents, and generation of employee salary slips in line with organizational policies.
Maintained proper financial documentation and records for payroll, attendance, and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce..
2–3 years of experience in accounts, and administrative roles, preferably in the non-profit/development sector.
Proficiency in Tally for accounting and financial record management.
Experience working with Zoho or other digital finance/CRM platforms.
Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in financial and administrative records.
Willingness to undertake occasional field visits as required for project operations.
Preferred Attributes
Experience working with NGOs, social enterprises, or development sector programs.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
