Officer Finance || Thane and Bhiwandi

Role: Finance Officer
Work Location: 2 days at Thane office, 2 days at Bhiwandi office, and 1 day at Santacruz office depending on workload.
Experience: 1–2 years in accounts/finance (NGO experience preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Commerce

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor budgets and verify financial vouchers
2. Manage staff advance settlements and vendor reconciliations
3. Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
4. Support audits and coordinate with program teams
5. Maintain finance documentation and reporting

Skills Required:
Knowledge of accounting principles, Tally ERP 9, MS Excel & strong communication skills.
