Salary: Rs 22,000/ month (inclusive of organizational share of EPF and ESI)
Type of Engagement :6 months (Extendable as per performance and fund availability)
Filed Travel: As necessary up to 100% within the intervention villages
The Field offices at MAMTA opens 6-days in a week (Monday-Saturday between 9.30 AM -5:30 PM), no exception to this is acceptable.

Project Background
The programme “Nayi Pehchaan: Awareness and Behaviour Change Initiative for Adolescents” aims to improve awareness and wellbeing among adolescents through structured and interactive sessions in schools. The programme will be implemented in selected Senior Secondary Schools in Ghari Harsaru and nearby villages.
The initiative will focus on key themes including:
• Sexual and Reproductive Health (with emphasis on menstrual health and hygiene)
• Cyberbullying and Digital Hygiene
• Mental Health and Wellbeing
• Eye Health and Vision Screening
• Good Touch and Bad Touch
• STEM for Biology
Key Responsibilities
The Project Facilitator will be responsible for implementing programme activities in assigned schools.
1. Conduct interactive awareness sessions with adolescents on the programme themes
2. Coordinate with school principals, teachers, and school management for scheduling sessions
3. Facilitate participatory discussions, activities, and learning exercises during sessions
4. Support eye check-up camps and other health-related activities in schools
5. Maintain attendance records, activity reports, and documentation of sessions conducted
6. Assist in mobilizing students and ensuring participation in programme activities
7. Ensure that all sessions are age-appropriate and aligned with school guidelines
8. Provide regular updates and reports to the project coordinator/management team
9. Support any additional programme activities or events related to adolescent health and wellbeing.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Education, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience
• 1-2 years of experience in community work, adolescent programmes, or school-based interventions is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
• Good communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to engage with adolescents in an interactive manner
• Basic documentation and reporting skills
• Sensitivity to adolescent health and wellbeing issues
• Ability to coordinate with school authorities and community stakeholders
Preferred
• Experience in adolescent health programmes or school-based education initiatives
• Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health, mental health, or digital safety topics.
