BJGMC JHU CRS is situated in the BJGMC & SGH Campus, Pune. The Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College & Sassoon General Hospitals (BJGMC) is Maharashtra State Government-run medical school. BJGMC-JHU CRS has an established and experienced research team of dedicated, GCP-trained/certified research investigators, clinicians, nurses, counselors, data managers, clinical research officers, pharmacists, outreach workers, and other staff.
About the Position:
We are seeking a Study Clinicians to support in patient screening and patient care for the study participants. He/She will support the implementation of clinical research studies by conducting medical assessments, ensuring participant safety, and adhering to study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory guidelines.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical screening, medical history review, and physical examinations of the study participants as per the protocol.
• Assess eligibility criteria and enroll participants in accordance with study guidelines.
• Provide clinical care, diagnosis, and management for participants during study visits.
• Identify, evaluate and report adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs)as per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure informed consent process is properly conducted and documented.
• Collaborate with the research team (nurses, coordinators, lab staff and data team) for the smooth study implementation.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in case report forms and medical records.
• Any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualification:
• MBBS (Mandaory) experience or training in clinical research and GCP is desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience as a clinician is desirable.
Age limit: 35 to 40 years
Compensation: The compensation package will be commensurate with qualification & experience and the last salary drawn.
