Salary: 16000/- Fixed, 1200/-TA for field visit (as per NACO Guidelines)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide individual counselling to beneficiaries.
2. Conduct HIV/AIDS prevention and risk-reduction counselling.
3. Pre and post HIV test counselling.
4. Maintain counselling records, documentation, and reports.
5. Coordinate with ICTC/ART centres and other health facilities.
6. Participate in review meetings and outreach activities.

Eligibility:
1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
2. Experience in TI/HIV/AIDS projects preferred.
3. Good communication and documentation skills.
4. Basic computer knowledge.
