Position: Telehealth Program Coordinator

Base Location: BUXAR - Bihar Healing Fields Foundation
Qualifications: (MPH/ MSW - CLINICAL BACKGROUND PREFERABLY), Hindi /ENGLISH) COMPUTER AND TEACHING SKILLS.
Role Overview:
The Telehealth Program Coordinator supports planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of telehealth and NCD related program activities. The role ensures smooth coordination between field teams, trainers, program managers, and data teams. The coordinator monitors service delivery, reviews program data, supports training activities, and strengthens follow up systems for community level health services.
1. Plan and coordinate Telehealth, NCD, and First Aid training for CHEs.
2. Support Training of Trainers (ToT) and staff capacity building.
3. Assist in CHE selection, onboarding, and batch graduation processes.
4. Coordinate with field staff, APMs, and teams for smooth program implementation.
5. Conduct follow-ups with CHEs and support them in solving field challenges.
6. Support health camps, NCD screening, and patient follow-up activities.
7. Assist in teleconsultation and referral processes in the field.
8. Review teleconsultation data, patient feedback, and follow-up tracking.
9. Monitor app data (HFF), vitals entry, camp data, and key dashboards.
10. Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings for program updates and reviews.
11. Manage logistics (kits, devices, stock) and prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.
Key Competencies
•Strong coordination and communication skills.
•Ability to analyze program data and monitor indicators.
•Experience in training coordination and field program support.
•Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including field staff and management teams.
•Proficiency in spreadsheets, digital reporting tools, and data trackers.
