Educational Qualification:
Certified GNM / BSc and allowed to practice in India
OR
Public health certification or any science graduate with field experience Experience:
• Freshers accepted
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling patients at a hospital or community health programs preferred Languages Known:
• Hindi (written & spoken)
• English (reading & writing)
Role Overview
The Telehealth Executive is responsible for supporting end-to-end teleconsultation services, including patient coordination, clinical data collection, and follow-up care. The role ensures smooth communication between patients, doctors, and field teams while maintaining accurate records and high-quality service delivery. The executive also supports health education, program implementation, and data reporting to ensure continuity of care and effective program outcomes.
• Contact patients via phone/video for teleconsultations and schedule appointments.
• Ensure patients are ready and guide them on using telehealth services.
• Collect patient details (symptoms, history, BP, blood sugar, etc.) and update records.
• Maintain accurate data entry in digital platforms
• Assist doctors during teleconsultations and brief them on patient conditions.
• Record prescriptions, advice, and follow-up instructions correctly.
• Conduct follow-up calls for high-risk patients and track missed consultations.
• Educate patients on lifestyle changes, medication adherence, and disease awareness.
• Coordinate with CHEs and field teams for patient updates and health camps follow up..
• Maintain daily reports (calls, teleconsultations, high-risk cases/ follow up/referrals) and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow data privacy, telehealth protocols, and maintain professional communication
• Attend Continuing Medical Education sessions required by the regulators and the agency
• Provide periodic reports to the management on the patients consulted
